Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and flowers. Our product is caviar and we ship it fresh, not frozen, in a thermo chill insulated packges. Our boxes can keep the required temperature inside during 3 days. But 99.9% of our customers get their orders overnight.

We can do refunds only if you place your order by mistake or you need to change your order. 
We can help you with delivery service in case you decide to change it.
