Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and flowers. Our product is caviar and we ship it fresh, not frozen, in a thermo insulated packages. Our boxes can keep the required temperature inside during 3 days. But 99.9% of our customers get their orders overnight.
We can do refund only if you need to change or upgrade your order.
We can also help you with delivery service in case you decide to change it.
