Regrettably, we are unable to facilitate refunds or returns for our products.

Given the nature of our goods, specifically caviar, we ship them fresh in thermo-insulated packages, not frozen. Our packaging is designed to maintain the required temperature for up to 3 days during transit. It's worth noting that the vast majority of our customers receive their orders overnight, ensuring the freshness and quality of our products.

Refunds are only possible in the event of a need to modify or upgrade your order. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to the exceptional quality of our caviar. If you have any inquiries or require assistance, please contact our customer service team, who will be happy to assist you.

We ship all caviar in a thermo-secure box with ice packs to preserve freshness. Our boxes can keep the required temperature inside for 3 days. But 99.9% of our customers get their orders overnight. 
Once the shipment arrives, remove the tin from the box and store it in the coldest part of your refrigerator, until ready to enjoy. Unopened, caviar will remain fresh for up to 60 days. Once opened, enjoy it during 5-6 days.
